The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.
The delayed application for leave to appeal is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction. To the
extent the application seeks to appeal an order or judgment of the 36th District Court, appellate jurisdiction
lies in Wayne Circuit Court, not this Court. MCL 600.8342(1); Mathew R Abel, PC v Grossman
Investments Co, 302 Mich App 232, 238; 838 NW2d 204 (2013). To the extent the application challenges
the circuit court’s rejection of any filings made there, the rejection of those filings is not an order or
judgment of the circuit court. This Court’s jurisdiction in application matters arises from an order or
judgment of the circuit court. MCR 7.203(B)(2); MCR 7.205(A). As there is no order or judgment of the
circuit court being appealed, this Court lacks jurisdiction.
