Brock A. Swartzle, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
Appellant’s motion filed on July 30, 2026 is GRANTED as follows. Pursuant to MCR
3.993(E), the trial court is required to order the complete transcripts of all proceedings in this case prepared
at public expense. The trial court shall order preparation of transcripts of any hearings in this case that
have not yet been ordered within 21 days after the date of this order regardless of whether respondent-
appellant attended the hearings or whether the hearings were conducted before respondent-appellant was
included on a child protective services petition in this case. In this regard, the trial court shall make
whatever arrangements are necessary as to payment to the relevant court reporter to secure preparation of
the transcripts that need to be ordered. Hearings ordered by the trial court pursuant to this order shall be
deemed timely ordered for purposes of calculating the due date for appellant’s brief.
The Clerk’s Office shall send a copy of this order to the Family Division of the Baraga
Circuit Court Clerk’s Office and to Judge Timothy S. Brennan (P41461).
