The motion for immediate consideration of the motion for peremptory reversal is

to persuade the Court of the existence of manifest error requiring reversal and warranting peremptory
relief without argument or formal submission.
The motion to expedite is GRANTED. The appellee’s brief is due within 21 days of the
Clerk's certification of this order. No extensions of time will be allowed for filing of the appellee’s brief
except by order of the Court.
The clerk is directed to expedite the submission of this case on the session calendar in
accordance with MCR 7.213(C)(7).
