NOE ABIMAEL CRUZ-AMBROCIO

REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION
CONCERNING PLEA OF GUILTY

NOE ABIMAEL CRUZ-AMBROCIO, by consent, under authority of United States v. Dees, 125
F.3d 261 (Sth Cir. 1997), has appeared before me pursuant to Fed. R. Crim.P. 11, and has entered a plea of
guilty to the Count 1 of the 1-Count Indictment, filed on January 6, 2026. After cautioning and
examining Defendant Noe Abimael Cruz-Ambrocio under oath concerning each of the subjects
mentioned in Rule 11, I determined that the guilty plea was knowledgeable and voluntary and that the
offense charged is supported by an independent basis in fact containing each of the essential elements of
such offense. I therefore recommend that the plea of guilty be accepted, and that Defendant Noe Abimael
Cruz-Ambrocio, be adjudged guilty of Illegal Reentry of After Removal from the United States, in
violation of 8 USC § 1326(a), and have sentence imposed accordingly. After being found guilty of the
offense by the district judge.
