After considering the factors set forth in 18 U.S.C. § 3553(a)(1); (a)(2)(B)-(D); and (a)(4)-(a)(7) in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 3583(c), the Court has made an individualized assessment as to both the imposition and length of supervised release and determined supervised release is warranted in this case. Therefore, the defendant is placed on supervised release for a term of 5 years. The term and length of supervised release will provide sufficient, but not greater than necessary time to address the defendant’s lack of housing upon release from custody, substance abuse history, criminal history and propensity for violence, and educational or vocational training.
