FINAL JUDGMENT
By its Order dated February 6, 2026, the Court granted Defendant FNF Construction, Inc.’s
Motion for Entry of Final Judgment. The Court finds that all of Plaintiffs’ claims against Defendant
have been disposed, and there is no just reason for delay in entering final judgment.
Accordingly, the Court ENTERS this Final Judgment in favor of Defendant on all claims,
and Plaintiffs shall take nothing against Defendant.
This judgment finally and fully disposes of all claims and is appealable.
