Before NIEMEYER, HARRIS, and RICHARDSON, Circuit Judges.

Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion.

Alfutir Kareem Ideen Mayweather, Appellant Pro Se. Alex Ryan Williams, NORTH
CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, Raleigh, North Carolina, for Appellee.

PER CURIAM:
Alfutir Kareem Ideen Mayweather appeals the district court’s order granting
summary judgment to Defendants in his civil action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2018),
confining his appeal to the district court’s denial of relief on his claim for denial of access
to the courts. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we
affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Mayweather v. Guice,
No. 1:17-cv-00100-FDW (W.D.N.C. Feb. 6, 2020). We dispense with oral argument
because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this
court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED
