PER CURIAM:
Brian Damon Farabee appeals the district court’s order denying his motions for
preliminary injunctive relief.
*
We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error.
Accordingly, we deny the pending motion and affirm the district court’s order. See
Farabee v. Lee, No. 7:18-cv-00425-MFU-PMS (W.D. Va. Sept. 30, 2019). We dispense
with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the
materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED

(2018); In re Search Warrant Issued June 13, 2019, 942 F.3d 159, 169 (4th Cir. 2019).
