PER CURIAM.
O R D E R
Tiffany Buford seeks review of a June 7, 2024 final de-
cision of the United States Civilian Board of Contract Ap-
peals denying her claim for reimbursement of relocation
expenses. Having considered her response to this court’s
June 5, 2026 show cause order, we now dismiss.
This is Ms. Buford’s second appeal from the same
Board decision. As we explained in dismissing her prior
appeal, our jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1295(a)(10) does

not extend to review of “a Board decision on a claim under
31 U.S.C. § 3702(a)(3) for civilian employee federal travel
claims.” Buford v. Sec’y of the Air Force, No. 2024-2254,
2025 WL 66185, at *1 (Fed. Cir. Jan. 10, 2025). While we
are sympathetic to Ms. Buford’s circumstances, her re-
sponse fails to demonstrate any basis to deviate from our
prior decision, such that we must again dismiss.

T IS ORDERED THAT:
(1) The appeal is dismissed.
(2) The Clerk of Court is directed not to docket any fur-
ther appeals from the same Board decision.
(3) Each side shall bear its own costs.
