The decision of the San Francisco Regional Director, 	in the above-captioned
matter, 	not 	to order the Oakland Unified School District to provide any
release time to employees for purposes of voting is sustained by the Board
itself.
The Board finds 	that the terms of the consent election agreement, 	signed by
the parties, 	provides that all employees who desire to vote will be able to
do 	so.
