DECISION
AMADOR, 	Member: 	This 	case 	comes before the Public
Employment 	Relations 	Board 	(Board) 	on exceptions 	filed by the
Santa Monica 	Community College 	District 	(District) 	to 	an
administrative 	law 	judge's 	proposed 	decision.
On June 27, 	2000, 	the District 	requested permission to
withdraw the 	exceptions.
After reviewing the 	record, 	the Board finds 	that 	such a
withdrawal 	is 	in the best 	interests 	of 	the parties 	and is
consistent 	with 	the purposes 	of 	the 	Educational 	Employment
Relations 	Act 	(EERA)1.
1EERA 	is 	codified at 	Government 	Code 	section 	3540 	et 	seq.

ORDER
It 	is hereby ORDERED that 	the 	exceptions 	in Case
Nos. 	LA-CE-3988, 	LA-CE-3995 and LA-CE-4001 are hereby WITHDRAWN
WITH 	PREJUDICE.
