Sintesi Omnilex

In this asylum case, the Federal Administrative Court granted the complaint against the non-admission of revision. It held that the case had fundamental importance because the relationship between § 26a AsylVfG and § 27a AsylVfG required clarification. The court therefore admitted the revision under § 132(2)(1) VwGO and stated that the other asserted admission grounds, including the alleged divergence from an earlier BVerwG order, no longer mattered.
