§ 93d Abs. 1 S. 3 BVerfGG; non-admission of a constitutional complaint by chamber order without reasons. In chamber proceedings, the complaint may be rejected without a statement of reasons if it is not accepted for decision. Such a non-admission order is final and cannot be challenged by further remedy.
