In constitutional interim relief proceedings, the Federal Constitutional Court repeated its earlier order prohibiting the deportation of an asylum seeker to Afghanistan. Art. 32 Abs. 1 BVerfGG; renewal of an interim order in constitutional complaint proceedings concerning deportation protection: Where the circumstances continue to justify provisional protection, the Federal Constitutional Court may repeat a previously issued interim order and extend the stay of removal for a limited period, at the latest until the main constitutional complaint is decided. The measure is discretionary and serves to preserve effective constitutional review under Art. 19 Abs. 4 GG pending final adjudication.
