Tenor

Der Antrag auf Bewilligung von Prozesskostenhilfe und Beiordnung eines Rechtsanwalts für die beabsichtigte Verfassungsbeschwerde gegen den Beschluss des Hessischen Landessozialgerichts vom 7. Oktober 2016 - L 9 U 210/14 B - und den Beschluss des Sozialgerichts Frankfurt am Main vom 4. November 2014 - S 8 U 161/12 - wird abgelehnt.

Gründe

1 Der Antrag auf Bewilligung von Prozesskostenhilfe und - konkludent - auf Beiordnung eines Rechtsanwalts für eine noch zu erhebende Verfassungsbeschwerde, wegen der Verhängung eines gerichtlichen Ordnungsgelds, war abzulehnen.

2 Die hierfür erforderlichen Voraussetzungen (vgl. BVerfGE 1, 109 <110 ff.>; 1, 415 <416>; 27, 57; 78, 7 <19>; 79, 252 <253>; 92, 122 <123>; BVerfG, Beschluss der 3. Kammer des Zweiten Senats vom 9. Juli 2010 - 2 BvR 2258/09 -, juris, Rn. 6 f. und Beschluss der 3. Kammer des Ersten Senat vom 24. März 2011 - 1 BvR 2493/10- , juris, Rn. 12) sind nicht erfüllt, denn die beabsichtigte Rechtsverfolgung bietet keine Aussicht auf Erfolg. Für eine mögliche Verletzung von Grundrechten oder grundrechtsgleichen Rechten ist nichts ersichtlich. Auch in einem Prozesskostenhilfeverfahren kann erwartet werden, dass die für die Beurteilung der Erfolgsaussichten einer beabsichtigten Verfassungsbeschwerde wesentlichen Angaben gemacht werden.

3 Diese Entscheidung ist unanfechtbar.
