Unter Berücksichtigung der subjektiven und besonderen objektiven Bedeutung der Verfahren und ihrer Förderung durch die anwaltliche Tätigkeit (vgl. BVerfGE 79, 365 <369 f.>) wird der Wert des Gegenstands der anwaltlichen Tätigkeit auf 250.000,- € (in Worten: zweihundertfünfzigtausend Euro) festgesetzt.
