§ 24 S. 2 BVerfGG; rejection of an electoral complaint without further reasons: If the court dismisses a Wahlprüfungsbeschwerde for the reasons previously communicated by the rapporteur, it may refrain from issuing additional reasons. The provision permits an a-limine dismissal by summary order where the decisive grounds have already been conveyed to the complainant; no separate elaboration in the decision text is required (cf. consid. 1).
