The Federal Constitutional Court corrected an obvious clerical error in the reasons of its earlier chamber decision of 24 June 2015. The mistaken Federal Administrative Court docket number cited on page 3, section I.4, lines 5-6, was replaced with the correct docket number. The court stated that the decision is not subject to appeal.
§ 319 Abs. 1 ZPO; correction of an obvious clerical error in the reasons of a chamber decision. A manifest inaccuracy in the written grounds may be corrected ex officio or on application without affecting the substantive content of the decision. The correction is limited to the erroneous designation and replaces it with the objectively intended reference; the corrected decision remains otherwise unchanged and is not separately appealable.

Berichtigung eines Schreibversehens in Gründen eines Kammerbeschlusses
Die offenbare Unrichtigkeit im Beschluss der 1. Kammer des Ersten Senats vom 24. Juni 2015 wird dahin berichtigt, dass das auf Seite 3 unter I.4. in den Zeilen 5 und 6 genannte Aktenzeichen BVerwG 4 C 6.10 durch das Aktenzeichen BVerwG 4 C 2.10 ersetzt wird.
Diese Entscheidung ist unanfechtbar.
