In proceedings concerning an application for interim relief before the Federal Constitutional Court, the Court fixed the value of the subject matter for counsel’s fees at EUR 20,000 under the RVG fee provisions.
§ 37 Abs. 2 Satz 2 RVG in conjunction with § 14 Abs. 1 RVG; value determination in constitutional interim proceedings: the value of the subject matter for counsel’s activity in proceedings on an application for an interim injunction is to be fixed by the Federal Constitutional Court taking account of the circumstances of the case within the framework of the statutory fee provisions; here, the value was set at EUR 20,000.
