Gründe

1 Die Beschwerdeführerin wendet sich als Sonderrechtsnachfolgerin im Sinne von § 56 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 1 Sozialgesetzbuch Erstes Buch (SGB I) gegen die durch § 23 Abs. 8 Satz 1 Nr. 1 des Gesetzes über die Alterssicherung der Landwirte (ALG) in der ab dem 1. Januar 2001 geltenden Fassung des Gesetzes zur Reform der Renten wegen verminderter Erwerbsfähigkeit vom 20. Dezember 2000 (BGBl I S. 1827) bewirkte Kürzung der Erwerbsminderungsrente bei Bezug vor Vollendung des 63. Lebensjahres. Sie rügt eine Verletzung von Art. 14 Abs. 1 sowie von Art. 3 Abs. 1 und Abs. 3 Satz 2 GG.

2 Die Verfassungsbeschwerde ist nicht zur Entscheidung anzunehmen, weil die Annahmevoraussetzungen des § 93a Abs. 2 BVerfGG nicht vorliegen. Sie hat keine hinreichende Aussicht auf Erfolg, weil sie jedenfalls unbegründet ist.

3 Das Bundesverfassungsgericht hat bereits entschieden, dass die Kürzung von Rente wegen Erwerbsminderung bei Bezug vor Vollendung des 63. Lebensjahres nach § 77 Abs. 2 Satz 1 Nr. 3 Sozialgesetzbuch Sechstes Buch (SGB VI) mit dem Grundgesetz vereinbar ist (vgl. BVerfG, Beschluss des Ersten Senats vom 11. Januar 2011 - 1 BvR 3588/08 u. a. -, juris). Für die hier einschlägige Parallelvorschrift des § 23 Abs. 8 Satz 1 Nr. 1 ALG gilt nichts anderes.

4 Von einer weiteren Begründung wird nach § 93d Abs. 1 Satz 3 BVerfGG abgesehen.

5 Diese Entscheidung ist unanfechtbar.
