The Federal Constitutional Court granted the applicant legal aid without installments for the intended constitutional complaint against the orders of the Sozialgericht Potsdam and the Landessozialgericht Berlin-Brandenburg. It also appointed lawyer Z. to act for the applicant. The decision was declared non-appealable.
§ 22 Abs. 1 S. 1 BVerfGG, § 114 S. 1 ZPO, § 121 Abs. 2 ZPO; Prozesskostenhilfe im Verfassungsbeschwerdeverfahren und Beiordnung eines Rechtsanwalts. Für die beabsichtigte Verfassungsbeschwerde kann Prozesskostenhilfe bewilligt werden, wenn die gesetzlichen Voraussetzungen vorliegen; die Beiordnung erfolgt bei entsprechender Erforderlichkeit. Die Entscheidung ergeht als unanfechtbarer Zwischenakt im Vorfeld der Hauptsacheprüfung.
