Tenor

Die zur ehrenamtlichen Richterin beim Bundessozialgericht berufene B. wird auf ihren Antrag hin aus ihrem Amt entlassen.

Gründe

1 Mit Schreiben vom 25.1.2017, beim BSG am 30.1.2017 eingegangen, hat Frau B. darum gebeten, sie aus gesundheitlichen Gründen von ihrem Amt als ehrenamtliche Richterin beim BSG zu entpflichten.

2 Nach § 47 S 2 iVm § 18 Abs 3 S 1 und Abs 1 Nr 4 SGG kann der ehrenamtliche Richter auf Antrag aus seinem Amt entlassen werden, wenn er aus gesundheitlichen Gründen verhindert ist, das Amt ordnungsgemäß auszuüben. Ihre Verhinderung aus gesundheitlichen Gründen hat Frau B. mit og Schreiben glaubhaft gemacht, sodass sie aus ihrem Amt als ehrenamtliche Richterin beim BSG entlassen wird.
