Die Revisionen der Angeklagten gegen das Urteil des Landgerichts Meiningen vom 28. Dezember 2015 werden als unbegründet verworfen, da die Nachprüfung des Urteils auf Grund der Revisionsrechtfertigungen keinen Rechtsfehler zum Nachteil der Angeklagten ergeben hat.
Jeder Beschwerdeführer hat die Kosten seines Rechtsmittels zu tragen.
Ergänzend bemerkt der Senat:
Ob der neueren Rechtsprechung des 1. Strafsenats zur Einstufung der Gefährlichkeit von Methamphetamin (BGH, Beschlüsse vom 15. Juni 2016 - 1 StR 72/16; vom 8. Dezember 2016 - 1 StR 499/16) zu folgen ist (differenzierend dazu: Patzak/Dahlenburg, NStZ 2016, 615), bedarf keiner Entscheidung. Soweit die Strafkammer ausgeführt hat, dass „es sich bei dem Betäubungsmittel Methamphetamin um eine äußerst gefährliche Droge mit hohem Suchtpotential und hohen gesundheitlichen Gefahren für die Konsumenten handelt“, schließt der Senat aus, dass das angefochtene Urteil auf der Gefährlichkeitseinstufung beruht.
