Tenor

Auf die Revision des Beklagten wird das Urteil des Landesarbeitsgerichts Schleswig-Holstein vom 28. April 2015 - 1 Sa 391 a/14 - teilweise aufgehoben.
Auf die Berufung des Beklagten wird das Urteil des Arbeitsgerichts Neumünster vom 30. Oktober 2014 - 4 Ca 1008 a/14 - teilweise abgeändert und wie folgt gefasst:

Die Klage wird abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat die Klägerin zu tragen.
