Tenor

Auf die Revision der Beklagten wird das Urteil des Landesarbeitsgerichts Düsseldorf vom 15. März 2013 - 6 Sa 1620/12 - aufgehoben.

Auf die Berufung der Beklagten wird das Urteil des Arbeitsgerichts Düsseldorf vom 18. Juni 2012 - 12 Ca 2314/11 - abgeändert.

Die Klage wird abgewiesen.

Die Klägerin hat die Kosten des Rechtsstreits zu tragen.
