Tenor

Auf die Revision der Beklagten wird unter Zurückweisung der Revision der Klägerin das Urteil des Landesarbeitsgerichts Baden-Württemberg vom 14. April 2011 - 6 Sa 115/10 - aufgehoben.
Die Berufung der Klägerin gegen das Urteil des Arbeitsgerichts Stuttgart vom 24. September 2010 - 18 Ca 483/10 - wird zurückgewiesen.
Die Klägerin hat auch die Kosten der Berufung und der Revision zu tragen.

Sonstige Leitsätze
