The Federal Labor Court dismissed the claimant's revision against the judgment of the Saxon Regional Labor Court. The decision was issued without a statement of facts or reasons because the parties had waived them under the cited procedural provisions. The claimant was ordered to bear the costs of the revision.
§ 72 Abs. 5 ArbGG; § 555 Abs. 1 Satz 1 ZPO; § 313a Abs. 1 Satz 2 ZPO; waiver of statement of facts and reasons in revision proceedings.
