1 Die Gegenvorstellung des Antragstellers gegen den seine Anhörungsrüge zurückweisenden Beschluss des Senats vom 29. Juli 2011 gibt keinen Anlass für eine abändernde Entscheidung. Der Senat hat bei seiner Entscheidung auch die von dem Antragsteller gegen das Berufungsurteil vorgebrachte Argumentation zur „Kompensation“ berücksichtigt, aber nicht für durchgreifend erachtet.
