Die Anhörungsrüge der Antragsteller gegen den Beschluss des Senats vom 4. Februar 2010 wird zurückgewiesen.

1 Die Anhörungsrüge bleibt ohne Erfolg, weil sich aus ihr nicht ergibt, dass der Senat die Ausführungen der Antragsteller im Verfahren BVerwG 4 BN 68.09 nicht zur Kenntnis genommen und in Erwägung gezogen hat. Mit ihr kann nicht geltend gemacht werden, der Senat habe die Nichtzulassungsbeschwerde in der Sache unrichtig entschieden.

2 Die Kostenentscheidung beruht auf § 154 Abs. 2, § 159 Satz 2 VwGO. Einer Streitwertentscheidung bedarf es nicht; die Gerichtsgebühr ergibt sich aus Nr. 5400 KV GKG.
