beschlossen:
Das Recht des Kindesvaters auf persönlichen Umgang mit dem Kind T geboren am 05.01.2011, wird für die Dauer von sechs Monaten ausgeschlossen.
Der Kindesmutter wird die Auflage erteilt, sich binnen eines Monats für den nächsten beginnenden Kurs „Kinder im Blick“ des Kinderschutzbundes anzumelden und diesen Kurs zu besuchen. Dem Gericht ist hierüber nach Beendigung des Kurses eine Teilnahmebestätigung zu übersenden beziehungsweise ist ein Abbruch des Kurses unaufgefordert mitzuteilen. Soweit der Kindesvater Briefe oder kleine Geschenke an seine Tochter schickt, ist die Kindesmutter verpflichtet, die Briefe mit dem Kind zu besprechen und die Geschenke an die Tochter weiterzugeben.
Gerichtskosten werden nicht erhoben, außergerichtliche Kosten werden nicht erstattet.
Verfahrenswert: 3.000,00 €.
