Die Bestellung umfasst folgende Aufgabenkreise:

  • Gesundheitsfürsorge

  • Vermögensangelegenheiten

  • Vertretung gegenüber Behörden

  • Wohnungsangelegenheiten

Es wird Frau H, T-Straße, XXXXX L als Berufsbetreuerin zur Ersatzbetreuerin bestellt.

Die Aufgabenkreise entsprechen denen des Betreuers.

Die Ersatzbetreuerin darf die Angelegenheiten der Betreuten nur besorgen, soweit der Betreuer Herr C verhindert ist.

Die Betroffene bedarf zur Wirksamkeit von Willenserklärungen im Bereich Vermögensangelegenheiten der Einwilligung des für diesen Aufgabenbereich bestellten Betreuers (Einwilligungsvorbehalt).
