Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 40,00 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5%Punkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz ab dem 12.06.2018 sowie weitere 70,20 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5%Punkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 21.09.2018 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Beklagten auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Auf die Darstellung eines Tatbestandes wird nach § 313a ZPO verzichtet.
