The Düsseldorf District Court granted the respondent procedural legal aid and appointed counsel T, effective 27 February 2018. It applied the application principle: legal aid may be granted only after a formally compliant application reaches the court. Any retroactive effect generally reaches back only to that formal receipt date, so the order did not grant aid for an earlier period.
§ 114 Abs. 1 sentence 1 ZPO; temporal effect of procedural legal aid: Under the application principle, legal aid may be granted only from the date on which a formally compliant application is received by the court. Retroactive effect is limited to that date; further retroactivity is generally excluded.

Der Antragsgegnerin wird mit Wirkung ab dem 27.02.2018 unter Beiordnung von Frau Rechtsanwältin T Verfahrenskostenhilfe bewilligt.
