The District Court Düsseldorf ordered the child's mother, under section 1666(3), no. 2 BGB, to enroll the child at a public school or recognized replacement school and ensure schooling by 31 December 2016. Der Kindesmutter wird nach § 1666 Abs. 3 Nr. 2 BGB aufgegeben, das Kind I1, geb. am ##.##.2005 an einer öffentlichen Schule oder einer anerkannten Ersatzschule anzumelden und das Kind einer Beschulung zuzuführen. Hierzu wird eine Frist bis zum 31.12.2016 gesetzt.
Der Kindesmutter wird nach § 1666 Abs. 3 Nr. 2 BGB die Auflage erteilt für die Einhaltung der Schulpflicht zu sorgen, den täglichen Schulbesuch sicherzustellen, mit der Schule bzw. den Lehren zusammenzuarbeiten, Maßnahmen im Hinblick auf das Schulproblem zu unterstützen und nicht zu boykottieren.
Gerichtskosten werden nicht erhoben.
Außergerichtliche Kosten werden nicht erstattet.
