für Recht erkannt:

Die Beklagte zu 1) wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 1.980,00 EUR nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz der Europäischen Zentralbank seit dem 3.07.2015 zu zahlen. Im übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Gerichtskosten und die außergerichtlichen Kosten des Klägers der Kläger und die Beklagte zu 1) jeweils zur Hälfte. Die außergerichtlichen Kosten des Beklagten zu 2) trägt der Kläger.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar, für den Kläger gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages, für den Beklagten zu 2) ohne Sicherheitsleistung. Dem Kläger wird nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung des Beklagten zu 2) durch Leistung einer Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages abzuwenden, wenn die vollstreckende Partei nicht vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
