Die Beklagte wird/werden verurteilt, an die Klägerin 1.231,85 EUR (in Worten: eintausendzweihunderteinunddreißig Euro und fünfundachtzig Cent) nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 16.04.2015 zu zahlen.
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, die Klägerin von einer Zahlungsverpflichtung gegenüber ihren Prozessbevollmächtigten i.H.v. 169,50 EUR für die vorgerichtliche Tätigkeit freizustellen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits hat/haben die Beklagte zu tragen.
Dieses Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Der Beklagten hat das Gericht gestattet, die Zwangsvollstreckung gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des vollstreckbaren Betrages abzuwenden, wenn nicht die Klägerin vor der Zwangsvollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
