Tenor

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin EUR 2.394,88 nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten seit dem 01.04.2014 zu zahlen. Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreites tragen die Klägerin zu 1/3 und die Beklagte zu 2/3.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110% des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages.
