Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 3.279,97 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz aus einem Betrag von 2.075,56 € seit dem 23.10.2010 sowie aus einem weiteren Betrag von 1.204,41 € seit dem 28.03.2011 zu zahlen.
Die Beklagte wird weiter verurteilt, an die Klägerin 104,65 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 23.10.2010 zu zahlen.
Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Klägerin zu 17 % und der Beklagten zu 83 % auferlegt.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Für die Klägerin ist das Urteil nur gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 120 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages vorläufig vollstreckbar. Die Klägerin darf die Zwangsvollstreckung der Beklagten gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 120 % des auf Grund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagte vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 120 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
