für Recht erkannt:
Es wird festgestellt, dass der Kläger nicht verpflichtet ist, an die Beklagte aufgrund des von ihm am 15.3.2010 unterzeichneten Vertragsformulars „Gewerbeauskunft-Zentrale" einen Betrag in Höhe von insgesamt 1.138,12 € zu zahlen.
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 130,50 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über den jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit dem 20.8.2010 zu zahlen.
Die Beklagte trägt die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.
Dieses Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar. Der Beklagten wird nachgelassen, die Vollstreckung durch den Kläger gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des vollstreckbaren Betrags abzuwenden, wenn der Kläger nicht vor Vollstreckung Sicherheit in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils zu vollstreckenden Betrages leistet.
