Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 362,59 Euro sowie weitere 83,54 Euro an außergerichtlichen Rechtsverfolgungskosten jeweils zuzüglich Zinsen in Höhe von acht Prozentpunkten über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz seit 01.02.2008 zu zahlen.
Die Beklagte trägt die Kosten des Rechtsstreits.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
