Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an die Klägerin 135,84 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von 5 %-Punkten über dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 19.08.2005 zu zahlen. Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Widerklage wird abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Klägerin auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Die Klägerin kann die Vollstreckung der Beklagten gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des jeweils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagten vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
