für R e c h t erkannt:
Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin einen Betrag in Höhe von 1.680,84 EUR zuzüglich 8 % laufender Zinsen über dem jeweiligen Basiszinssatz aus einem Betrag in Höhe von 636,84 EUR seit dem 18.03.2005, aus einem Betrag in Höhe von 522,00 EUR seit dem 15.08.2005 sowie aus einem Betrag in Höhe von 522,00 EUR seit dem 16.02.2006 zu zahlen.
Darüber hinaus wird der Beklagte verurteilt, an die Klägerin einen Betrag in Höhe von 522,00 EUR am 15.08.2006 zu zahlen.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits trägt der Beklagte, mit Ausnahme der durch die Verweisung entstandenen Kosten, diese trägt die Klägerin.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Der Beklagte kann die Zwangsvollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des beizutreibenden Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht der Kläger vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe
leistet.
Dem Beklagten bleibt die Ausführung seiner Rechte im Nachverfahren vorbehalten.
