für R e c h t erkannt:
Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, den Einbau von elektronischen Heizkostenvertei-lern innerhalb der von ihr im Hause X Straße X in X in der 3. Etage rechts bewohnten Wohnung zu dulden, dies für einen einzigen Besuch der Firma X, durchzuführen werktags in der Zeit zwi-schen 10.00 Uhr bis 13.00 Uhr oder 15.00 Uhr bis 18.00 Uhr bei rechtzeitiger (d.h. mindestens 24 Stunden vorher) Ankündigung und die Tür zu öffnen bzw. dafür zu sorgen, dass die Tür geöffnet wird.
Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Beklagten auferlegt.
Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
Die Beklagte kann die Vollstreckung der Klägerin gegen Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 600,00 EUR abwenden, wenn nicht die Klägerin vor der Voll-streckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
