w e g e n Zustimmung zur Mieterhöhung

für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagten werden verurteilt, der Erhöhung der Grundmiete für die

Wohnung im 4. Obergeschoss links im Hause X Straße 166

in X von bisher monatlich € 575,50 zuzüglich Kosten für Be- und

Entwässerung, Heizkostenvorauszahlung, Wertverbesserung sowie Kabel-

gebühr wie bisher, auf nunmehr € 690,60 mit Wirkung ab dem 01.01.2005

zuzustimmen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Beklagten.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
