für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagten werden als Gesamtschuldner verurteilt, an die Klägerin 235,17 EUR nebst 4 % Zinsen seit dem 01.04.2000 zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Klägerin zu 74 % und die Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner zu 26 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Die Klägerin und die Beklagten können die jeweils gegen sie gerichtete Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % des aufgrund des Urteils vollstreckbaren Betrages abwenden, wenn nicht die jeweils andere Partei vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet. Die Sicherheitsleistung kann auch in Form einer selbstschuldnerischen Bürgschaft einer in der Europäischen Union ansässigen Bank oder Sparkasse erbracht werden.
