für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagten werden verurteilt, als Gesamtschuldner an die Klägerin 236,85 € nebst Zinsen in Höhe von fünf Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz ab dem 11.9.2004 sowie vorgerichtliche Kosten in Höhe von 8,00 € zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits tragen die Klägerin 25 % und die

Beklagten als Gesamtschuldner 75 %.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.
