Tenor

hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 14. Oktober 2003

durch den Richter am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

  1. Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an die Klägerin 1.021,25 EUR nebst 5 % Zinsen über

dem Basiszinssatz seit dem 16.12.2001 zu zahlen. Im Übrigen wird die Klage

abgewiesen.

  1. Von den Kosten des Rechtsstreits haben die Klägerin 71 % und die Beklagte

29 % zu tragen.

  1. Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Die Beklagte darf die Vollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von

1.337,00 EUR abwenden, wenn nicht die Klägerin vor der Vollstreckung Sicher-

heit in gleicher Höhe leistet.

Die Klägerin darf die Vollstreckung durch die Beklagte durch Sicherheits-

leistung in Höhe von 550,00 EUR abwenden, wenn nicht die Beklagte vor der

Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
