für R e c h t erkannt:

Die Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 950,04 EUR nebst 5 % Zin-sen über den Basiszinssatz seit dem 28.03.2003 zu zahlen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden der Beklagten auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar.

Der Beklagten bleibt nachgelassen, die Zwangsvollstreckung durch Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 110 % abzuwenden, wenn nicht der Kläger vor der Vollstreckung Sicherheit in gleicher Höhe leistet.
