The debtor filed a reminder on 26 March 2003 challenging enforcement of an enforceable copy issued by the District Court Düsseldorf on 16 January 2003 for a settlement reached before Arbitration Office X on 9 April 2002. The court found enforcement impermissible insofar as the settlement required the debtor to notify, in writing and in an appropriate manner, the neighbors named in the application of the arbitration outcome. It rejected the reminder in all other respects. The parties’ costs were set off, and the decision was issued without court fees.

Die vom Amtsgericht Düsseldorf am 16. Januar 2003 erteilte vollstreckba-
re Ausfertigung zum Gütestellenvergleich vom 09. April 2002 vor dem
Schiedsamt X , Bezirk X. Protokoll-Nr. X und die Vollstreckung
aus ihr sind unzulässig, soweit der Schuldner verpflichtet wird, die in der
Antragsschrift vom 14. März 2003 genannten Nachbarn schriftlich in ge-
eigneter Weise vom Ergebnis des Schiedsverfahrens zu unterrichten.
Im Übrigen wird die Erinnerung vom 26. März 2003 zurückgewiesen.
Die Kosten des Verfahrens werden gegeneinander aufgehoben. die Ent-
scheidung ergeht gerichtsgebührenfrei.
