hat das Amtsgericht Düsseldorf

auf die mündliche Verhandlung vom 21. Januar 2003

durch die Richterin am Amtsgericht X

für R e c h t erkannt:

Der Beklagte wird verurteilt, an den Kläger 1.379,93 € nebst

11 % Zinsen seit dem 26. April 2000 sowie 20,44 € Mahnkosten

zu zahlen.

Im Übrigen wird die Klage abgewiesen.

Die Kosten des Rechtsstreits werden dem Beklagten auferlegt.

Das Urteil ist vorläufig vollstreckbar, für den Kläger nur gegen

Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe von 100 % des zu vollstreckenden

Betrages.
